Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery Time
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days after your order ships. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when it is available.

Preorders, Personalized, Bulk, and Special Orders
Preorders, personalized orders, bulk orders, and special releases may have different processing times. Any different timeline will be stated on the product or preorder page.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
